Dear Jackie

Thank you very much for your kind response. i am so glad that you lOVE to be part of our work. Yes, we are still working with our Dalit community - to make cpossitive changes. Our motto is to SERVE THE DESERVING. There are many areas we are working with our people. We are committed to build up lives, communities whatever the way possible. Our ultimate goal is to see the entire oppressed and marginalised and disadvantaged community get education, experience liberation and enjoy their jubilation.

To achieve our goal we need friends and organisations like yours, so that international communities can join their hands together with the local communities to work together to create a JUST social order without any discrimination or oppresssion in any forms. It is a march of FAITH but we will acheive our goal, a day will dawn soon, on that day my people will breath the fresh air of freedom and liberation and equally share both human and natural resources. I am eagerly awaing to see that dawn. COME LET US UNITE OUR HANDS TOGETHER AND SEE THE LIBERTION OF MARGINALISED!

I am interested in helping you in your efforts to help uplift Dalits. Is your program still running? How can I be a part of it?

Please email me and let me know. I like in Washington DC, have been to India three times, and am ready to be a part of the change we need to be a part of:-)

Can someone help? Training Vol orgs management committees I tell them they must keep enough in reserves to make all their staff redundant and close down, otherwise they might be trading negligently and illegally and may not be able to use the protection of the Ltd. But the Redundancy Payments Office tell me they don't go after individual directors of Ltd companies, and the directors of large firms don't seem to suffer any consequenses when their companies become insolvent. Are we being too cautious?

The idea of CICs seems great and I and a friend are in the process of setting one up, Positive Action East, which aims to support the development of Black and Ethnic Minorities in gaining professional employment in the housing and other public sector in Essex. The problem we have is that the process is very bureacratic, with so many hoops to skip over. It is offputting, particularly for minority organisations who are stressed out and lack capacity or resource to get professional expertise to help us in setting up. We keep getting our papers sent back for not completing properly etc. It takes to long and is not at all a simple process.

Are you guys aware that you can make money from a google custom search engine?

As you have said, they are easy to setup. Once setup you can associate a Google adsense account to the search engine and then make money on ever sponsored click that your searchers click.

So you can setup the Google custom search engine to search your site and feature it highly and then searches googles index secondly while displaying ppc adds where available. Making you money constantly which you can then use for any good causes you see fit.

Drop me an email if you have any questions.

Hi William, thanks for the comments.
Everyclick and easysearch are for use to search the web and fundraise! I use easysearch because I find it easy truly :-) There is a tab also and I go in easyfundraising.
Google searches just the website. If you want google to search the web go to easysearch and bling one penny in your tin.
No a dilemma; it's a mad fundraising machine!
