Yes, we are still working with our Dalit community - to make cpossitive changes. Our motto is to SERVE THE DESERVING. There are many areas we are working with our people. We are committed to build up lives, communities whatever the way possible. Our ultimate goal is to see the entire oppressed and marginalised and disadvantaged community get education, experience liberation and enjoy their jubilation. To achieve our goal we need friends and organisations like yours, so that international communities can join their hands together with the local communities to work together to create a JUST social order without any discrimination or oppresssion in any forms. It is a march of FAITH but we will acheive our goal, a day will dawn soon, on that day my people will breath the fresh air of freedom and liberation and equally share both human and natural resources. But the Redundancy Payments Office tell me they don't go after individual directors of Ltd companies, and the directors of large firms don't seem to suffer any consequenses when their companies become insolvent. Are we being too cautious? Can someone help? It is offputting, particularly for minority organisations who are stressed out and lack capacity or resource to get professional expertise to help us in setting up. We keep getting our papers sent back for not completing properly etc. It takes to long and is not at all a simple process. As you have said, they are easy to setup. Once setup you can associate a Google adsense account to the search engine and then make money on ever sponsored click that your searchers click.
