Thanks for the link to my website.
I've heard of Typo3 being used for charity websites, e.g.
http://aberdeen-elim.org.uk/
I've no experience of it myself.

Thanks for those links. That makes it a 3 Johns post, so CharityBlog has finally arrived!

I couldn't spot any UK sites on Drupal showcase, but the 'random site' facility found "ICT for Non-profit in Thailand"!! ()

Oops, not looking hard enough - have found ABCTales.com "a writers' community formed by an offshoot of The Big Issue magazine". Not actually a charity? And unfortunately doesn't work well with larger font sizes.

The Plone community (of which my charitable organization, ONE/Northwest is a happy member) lists many of the sites powered by Plone using the del.icio.us tag "plone-site." (http://del.icio.us/tag/plone-site).

If you're interested in checking out some of the 50+ nonprofit Plone sites that ONE/Northwest has built for grassroots environmental organizations here in the Pacific Northwest, you can further drill into http://del.icio.us/tag/plone-site+onenorthwest.

(Sorry, they're all US and Canada sites!)

I hope this is helpful.
