		<description>I'm not sure of the scope of "voluntary sector databases". We use "The Raiser's Edge" from Blackbaud. It does CRM, mailings, donations, gift aid, and we use its optional volunteer module, though not in the way it was intended. Is that relevant?</description>

		<description>To reply to myself:  Writeboard.com provides a facility which does what I want - jointly working on a page wiki style but with comments. Can be incorporated in backpackit.com organising system. But editing etc is limited to people invited to join in.</description>
